Keep Hanging On!

Everyone still hanging in there? I'm doing better this week - weather is helping (somehow it's easier to have salad for lunch when it's 50-60 outside than when it's 20). And I went back to the original Curves diet that I followed in the fall. The new one is not hard, but it has too many choices for me, too easy to cheat. Or something. Or at least have everything BUT fruit and veggies, and I really think the emphasis on those during the last plan helped me a lot.

Of course, I bought Valentine's m&m's "for the kids" on the theory that I don't like them that much, and would rather have peanut.

Guess I like them enough.

Good to hear that you are back on track and that you are reflective about what worked and didn't.
I'm hanging in there. I have a ton to do, but I am not quite as stressed as I was last week. I don't know if I am just closer to being caught up or if I am just blissfully unaware of just how behind I am. I did feel encouraged because as I was standing outside of church on Sunday someone commented on how slim and trim I looked. However, I have noticed that lately I am really struggling to get enough water so that I am retaining water. I guess I should go get a glass while I am thinking about it.

I'm completely off track. Steve's ridiculous travel schedule is giving me excuses. However, I did sign up for TWO sprint triathlons in July. One is called the Apple Man and takes place in the next town over. The other is the Danskin that I did last year. As a side note, I was going to consider whether or not I could manage doing the NY Metro area Danskin in the middle of the start of school schedule, but the registration is already closed!!

Doing ok here, been taking it easy since having contractions last week as we'd like to have at least another month before baby shows up. Not much else to report here, other then trying to stay on track with my eating and things, though not having as much luck as I'd like. Not doing horrible at it either though.
