So yesterday I found out that I am certifiably the "twisted sister." I went to the orthopedic place to find out about my scoliosis. They took a whole torso x-ray this time. Apparently my spine looks a little like a snake (twists to the left, then the right, then the left) so that my curves balance each other out. Since my head is squarely above my hips (good to know) and apparently scoliosis doesn't usually progress in adults I don't have to return unless I start having problems.
So at least that is one thing I can cross off my list.
Helping each other keep on track with the goals we've set for ourselves.

Nice to have one problem that you actually don't have to worry about. I suppose the doctor was being responsible when she noticed the twist in the first x-ray, but it does seem like something you might have enjoyed NOT knowing about. Since there's nothing you need to/can do.
After age 20 there's not as many changes to the bone structure since most bones are done ossifying. That's why I had to do exercises all through high school when they diagnosed me. Unfortunately, scoliosis is common in twins, so you may see it your twins at some point. Glad to know you work out to be "even" and don't have to worry about it any more!
