I've been trying to be positive. I've been trying not to be negative. I've been making happy lists. I've been trying to shake it off. I've been smiling when I don't feel like it.

Truth be told, I just want to bite someone's head off. I don't really care who's head it is at this point. Anyone's will do. Screwy thing is I don't even know what I'm so pissy about anymore.

You sound like you need something where you can get some of the "pissyness" out. My way of dealing with it would be either to go do something physical, preferably where you either get to see a finish project or get to destroy something. The other way I would deal with it is to play a game where you get to "kill" something (hence why I still play Everquest when possible).

Some days are like that. I too do the physical exercise thing when I feel like biting someone's head off. Or I do something feel good for myself (usually working on a special project).

Visual progress can help that feeling, at least for me. What kinds of things help you feel better?
