I was starvingly hungry all day, and looked at the calendar tonight. Yup, I'm in that PMS time. So now I have to come up with a strategy. I can't deal with being hungry all day, but I can't stuff my face with carbs all day.
Maybe spreading little protein-based snacks throughout the day so I'm never starving.
Helping each other keep on track with the goals we've set for ourselves.

M picked up several lbs of trail mix when they went camping and brought most of it back. I find that a handful of it is a good snack. If I eat it slowly, there's enough protein in there that I don't crave more.
But, be careful. It's high in calories if you sit with an open bag next to the computer (or TV) and snack on it.
They say little meals through the day are better then three big meals. Maybe break lunch up so you can snack on it over a period of time or something.
